How does invoicing / payment work?

Unless arranged otherwise, for most projects, payment is made via electronic invoicing (invoices are emailed to the client) at the completion of the project. Payment is due by check, money order, electronic funds transfer, or PayPal (including credit card payments through PayPal) within 14 days of invoicing.

If the project was an hourly project, we will invoice for the total number of hours. If it was a flat-fee project, we will send an invoice for the amount agreed upon at the beginning of the project.

Do you work on adult or gambling related sites?

No, I do not work on adult or gambling-related sites, or any site related to those industries.

Do you do Graphic Design?

Absolutely. I can do basic graphic design work, and for higher-end or more complicated graphic design projects, I have a business associate who I outsource the work to. If you need more details, feel free to contact me, and we can discuss your graphical design needs in more depth.

Can you do Emergency Work on Short Notice?

Important corporate website down? Did your server crash? Is there a hard deadline approaching your web development project, and you need to bring in additional help to complete it on time?

Occasionally, emergencies such as these will come up. In these situations, I am usually able to take on the project in “rush” status, but will often have to charge higher fees, depending on the level of inconvenience it puts me through, as well as my current work-load.
